SEC Clears TEK DigiTel Corporation's Amended Form 10-SB
TEK to Apply for Resumed Quotations and Trading on the OTC BB

GERMANTOWN, MD  -  January 02, 2001    TEK DigiTel Corporation (TEKI: ESQ) announced that the Company's amended Form 10-SB registration statement has been cleared of all comments by the Securities and Exchange Commission. The registration statement and the Company's periodic filings can be obtained via the Internet at http://www.sec.gov or http://www.freeedgar.com. In compliance with the OTC Bulletin Board Eligibility Rule, TEK is now registered with the SEC under Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. As a public company, TEK is required to file corporate and financial information with the SEC on a timely basis. TEK's fiscal year ends December 31 and audited financials must be filed within 90 days of TEK's fiscal year end on Form 10-KSB.
