TEK DigiTel Corporation Announces Conference Call

March 20, 2000 - Germantown, MD    TEK DigiTel Corporation (OTC BB-TEKI) today announced that it will be holding a management conference call to follow up on the status of their 10SB filing and update shareholders on company fundamentals. President, Rocco DiCarlo will host the call and address the following questions:

  • What is the probability of being dropped from the OTC BB to a less regulated service like the National Quotation Bureau’s “Pink Sheets”?

  • When would TEK be dropped from the OTC BB and what would be the warning signs?

  • On the Pink Sheets, how will investors get quotes or make trades?

  • What is your estimate of how long it will take the SEC to review and clear your Form 10-SB, i.e., how long could TEK be on the Pink Sheets?

  • What is your internal schedule for filing your 10-SB?

  • What issues are delaying your filing and why did the audit process not flag this potential delay much earlier in the process?

  • When did you retain your auditors and lawyers?

  • Why have you never had a CFO and are you searching for one?

  • What market maker support can you expect on the Pink Sheets?

Following the answers to these questions, Rocco DiCarlo, President, will then give an update on TEK’s fundamental progress, including trade show activity, partnership updates and new product development.  Because of the scope of the material on the call and the large number of participants expected, the call will be conducted without a question and answer session.  However, any shareholders whose questions do not get addressed on the call should e-mail us at ir@tekdigitel.com or call us at 1-888-393-4979 with your questions. We will then post your questions and our answers on our website.

The conference call will be held Monday March 20, 2000 at 4:00PM EST. To participate on the call dial 1-800-273-9672, no password is required. The call can also be accessed on replay by dialing 1-800-408-3053 and entering the Password 432202. The replay will be available from March 20, 2000 at 6 PM EST to March 27, 2000 at 6:00PM.
