- March 27, 2000 Dial Digital Inc. today announced their intention
to offer Internet Telephony and advanced voice/fax services to small and
medium-sized business customers. With
this announcement Dial Digital joins the list of service providers who are
helping their business customers reduce and/or eliminate long distance phone and
fax costs using the TEK DigiTel Corp. (OTC-BB:TEKIE)
solution.
Dial
Digital’s voice/fax hardware and services solutions are available now, with
additional advanced service packages currently under development by the two
companies. These services are being
developed not only to provide users with reduced cost long distance rates to
conventional phone users located across Europe, Asia, North America and the rest
of the world, but also to enable advanced multimedia communications services
such as Unified Messaging, Fax-to-email and PC-to-Phone services. The service
will also offer customers free phone calls between locations subscribing to the
service.
