GERMANTOWN, MARYLAND --- (BUSINESS WIRE) – December 7, 1998—TEK DigiTel today announced that it has further strengthened its management team with the appointment of John DiPangrazio, as Executive Vice President. DiPangrazio is responsible for sales and distribution, product marketing and marketing communications efforts related to TEK DigiTel’s products and services worldwide. TEK DigiTel's exciting new lines of V-Servers are telephony "gateways" that route voice and fax calls in the exploding new field of Internet Telephony communications.

A ten-year veteran of Motorola, DiPangrazio was National Sales Manager of Motorola’s Internet telephony business unit based in Austin, Texas, a leading systems integrator focused on supporting new voice-over-Internet business opportunities. In that role he helped drive the marketing and distribution strategies for Motorola’s IP telephony and Voice FRAD (frame relay access device) solutions around the world. John also held various positions at Motorola with responsibility for developing sales of FRAD and voice-over-frame relay (VoFR) products. His background also includes a variety of business development and senior sales positions at Hypercom, Ungermann-Bass, BellSouth and Harris/Lanier. DiPangrazio graduated from The Ohio State University, and has continued his education with various business management courses.
