Spiritec and TEK DigiTel Develop Advanced Services Package
Will bring the benefits of multimedia communications services to customers in Europe

MANCHESTER, UK - December 14, 1999    Spiritec Internet Solutions Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Sei-Mitsu Group, today announced their intention to offer Internet Telephony and advanced services to small and medium sized business customers across Europe. With this announcement Spiritec joins the list of service providers who are helping their business customers reduce and/or eliminate long distance phone and fax costs using the TEK DigiTel Corp. (OTC-BB:TEKI) solution.

Spiritec’s package is currently under development by the two companies. Developed not only to provide users with reduced cost long distance rates to conventional phone users located across Europe, Asia, North America and the rest of the world, but to enable advanced multimedia communications services such as Unified Messaging, Fax-to-email and PC-to-Phone services. The service will also offer customers free phone calls between locations subscribing to the service.
